Business Control Analyst

Your Role

• Daily and weekly reports related to business activities (Sales, Stock, Gross profit)
• Set up budgets for projects
• Collect and process monthly forecasts
• A regular check of projects and contracts results
• Cost analysis, Warranty analysis, Stock analysis, OOH analysis
• Project and Service hours check
• Calculation of provision for customer bonuses
• Master data maintenance – Cost centers, Prokura, Allocations, Materials, Customers
• Assist in the group reporting:
• Preparation of sales statistics
• Preparation of data for BRM and BBM
• Assist the Business Controller with follow-up and analyze the business
• Assist the Business Controller in running daily matters
• Execute other job-related activities assigned by the Business Controller

To succeed, you will need

• Min 2 years experience in accounting and finance
• Fluent Czech
• Speak and write in English at a level sufficient to communicate with colleagues from abroad
• PC skills: MS Office (Advanced Excel)
• Experience with SAP, SAP BIBO
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Achievement orientation
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
