Role Overview

In your role as the CEO’s Right Hand, you will dive into various key business areas, handling a mix of strategy, data analysis, and operational tasks. You'll work closely with top management and lead specific projects to drive their successful execution, providing you with a firsthand look at strategic decision-making and operations during an exciting growth phase.

Your Mission

Strategic Execution & Analytis (40%) :

• Assist the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in high-level strategic discussions, contributing actionable insights.
• Identify new growth opportunities and establish concrete action plans.
• Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.
• Collaborate with potential clients, ecosystem partners, and DeFi projects to expand Perplex’s reach and forge strategic alliances.

Project Management (30%) :

• Manage and oversee specific projects from conception to execution.
• Ensure successful implementation and adherence to timelines and goals.
• Lead Mini-Projects : Propose, plan, and execute initiatives that can have a big impact on user growth or community engagement.
• Autonomous Execution : Manage your tasks independently, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and hurdles.

Marketing and Community Engagement (20%) :

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage social media presence and engage with the community.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Promote a vibrant community by curating engaging content, hosting online events, and proactively gathering user feedback to drive improvements.

Administrative and Office Management (10%) :

• Handle administrative tasks and office management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Foster a positive work environment and team morale.

You’re likely an ideal candidate if you have :

• Recently graduated or are completing a top-tier degree (Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• You're a self-starter with a nice ability for spotting untapped opportunities and taking the initiative to pursue them.
• You have an interest in crypto-currencies, blockchain technology and the evolving world of DeFi.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can juggle strategic thinking with practical execution.
