BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses, and forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCV projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- According to the brand VI standards combined with different market application scenarios, output the corresponding visual standard specifications to ensure the unity and consistency of the brand image in design.
- Manage brand VI to ensure the correct implementation of brand visual standards in various channels and touchpoints; conduct normative monitoring, timely identification, and correction of behaviors not in line with brand visual standards.
- Conduct design reviews on each terminal advertisement before placing, ensuring that the terminal advertisement design aligns with brand standard specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to complete material design and review for exhibitions, launch conferences, media test drives, and other market activities, ensuring overall visual quality to enhance the brand image.
- Design and produce promotional materials required for brand, technology, and product market communication and promotion processes.
- Manage design and shooting projects, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Address other design needs for business development and processing.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in a design-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related business.
- Strong aesthetic sense and independent design execution.
- Experience in branding and design project management; ability to withstand work pressure and adapt to concurrent multi-project work.
- Strong internal drive, motivation, responsibility, and independence.
- Cheerful personality, good communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Proficient in various types of design software; English and French communication skills are mandatory. Chinese is a plus.
