Brand Engagement Assistant EMEA - Haircare Pharma

About the Role:

As a Brand Engagement Assistant EMEA (Apprentice), you will play a key role in strengthening the brand’s relationship with consumers, influencers, and dermatologists. You will support strategic initiatives across earned media, owned platforms, CRM & loyalty, communications, and dermatologist services to drive awareness, engagement, and brand love. This position is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, consumer engagement, and community-building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Earned Media & Owned Media

1. Track and analyze earned & owned media performance to assess impact and optimize future strategies.
2. Analyze trends and competition.
3. Create social-first content briefs for local Instagram execution.

2. CRM & Loyalty

1. Support the execution of loyalty programs and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance retention and brand advocacy.
2. Assist in analyzing consumer data to personalize communications and drive loyalty.

3. Communications & Events

1. Support internal communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of internal brand activations, events, and partnerships.

4. Dermatologist Services

1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with dermatologists and medical professionals.
2. Support initiatives to engage with healthcare professionals, including congress participation.
