Who are we looking for?

A Brand Designer to join the French local Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. They should possess the ability to translate "words and ideas" into "visuals and videos" and apply design principles consistently across different projects. The Brand Designer will support various functions and should be able to work independently and collaboratively on multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create advertising creatives for all acquisition channels (including social media, display networks, print, OOH, etc.);
  2. Adapt and execute regional campaigns, seeking innovation and keeping up to date with the latest trends in the industry;
  3. Ensure and improve brand consistency across teams;
  4. Provide support for marketing campaigns and actively collaborate with colleagues by always providing creative and innovative ideas;
  5. Create a design system for the local market.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a designer in advertising, technology, or FMCG industries;
  2. Ability to manage a production line from A-Z:
  3. Graphics (Graphic assets, master files, key visuals, etc.);
  4. Print (OOH);
  5. Video (script, editing, sound, set-up, lighting);
  6. Strong artistic foundations; strong comprehension and creative skills; good eye for aesthetics and keen visual sense;
  7. Strong ability to work in a team, cooperating with design teams at headquarters and with different internal departments such as sales, retail, and e-commerce to complete projects;
  8. Efficient English communication skills in a working environment;
  9. Well-organized and able to work under pressure;
  10. Available ASAP.
