WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a Growth intern (3-6 months) to accelerate our market research efforts by identifying and engaging biotech prospects, participating in discovery calls, and transforming feedback into actionable insights. You will also optimize tools and implement smart automations to boost efficiency while collaborating with leadership to enhance both product development and marketing.

RESPONSABILITIES - DESCRIPTION

Prospection:

• Identify, research, and prioritize bioprocessing companies as target accounts.
• Enrich and qualify account lists to generate relevant leads.
• Set up, execute, and monitor prospecting sequences (emails, calls, etc.).

Discovery calls:

• Organize and participate in discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
• Synthesize customer feedback and turn insights into actionable data to support strategic decision-making.

Data analysis and Performance optimization:

• Collect and analyze data from prospects interactions, campaigns, and prospect behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop concrete recommendations based on this data to optimize prospecting strategies and processes.
• Support the improvement of internal tools (CRM, tracking tools, integrations).
• Contribute to implementing and tracking automation initiatives to maximize commercial efficiency.

Commercial Strategy and Product Development Support:

• Collaborate with the executive team to align customer feedback with development priorities.
• Track industry trends, prospect feedback, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

COMPETENCIES / PROFILE

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in biotech and bioproduction industries, with basic knowledge of discovery calls and customer engagement.
• Excellent oral communication skills, with an ability to synthesize and present ideas clearly.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and curious about startup and deeptech environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making.
• Self-motivation, creativity, and the soft skills needed to contribute to InSpek’s growth and success!
