We are seeking an accomplished Biostatistician to lead and expand our Biostatistics practice. This is a leadership role with significant responsibility: driving thought leadership, growing the Clinical Business, and mentoring a talented team. Key Leadership Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Oversight:
   • Lead and shape the Biostatistics practice, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
   • Provide strategic direction on study design and protocol reviews, delivering solutions tailored to complex regulatory environments.
2. Team Development:
   • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Biostatistics team.
   • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, supporting career development and technical growth.
3. Client Partnerships:
   • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating complex statistical methodologies with clarity and confidence.
   • Strengthen client relationships through thought leadership and innovative solutions.
4. Operational Excellence:
   • Oversee the development and review of Statistical Analysis Plans, SAS programs, and comprehensive reports.
   • Ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements and statistical best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Statistician (consulting experience is a bonus)
• MSc in Related field
• SAS and/or R is a plus
• Strong Project Management experience
• Life Science experience (CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Consultancy)
• An expert communicator
