Bilingual Business Developer/Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer located in Argentina with experience in the localization industry and with full-time availability to work CST business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for growing wallet share in existing client base, closing new business, and up-selling within the current client accounts through an account management and sales team that reports to you.
  2. Building contacts and maintaining relationships within organizations in our target industries, developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
  3. Develop strong, healthy pipelines for business expansion.
  4. The ability to effectively communicate in writing and presentations the underlying value proposition and service offerings to existing clients and new client targets.
  5. Responsibility for account and new client contracts (MSA, SOW, etc.), pricing, profit margins, etc.
  6. You must be an effective manager able to train, coach, and manage both Account Management and Direct Sales teams.
  7. Others as requested.

REQUIRED Qualifications:
  1. A proven track record of sales wins at the enterprise level in the localization/translation industry.
  2. Knowledge and contacts in at least one of our primary verticals (hospitals/healthcare, life sciences, technology, legal).
  3. Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make a persuasive presentation in order to present and sell into our prospects and clients.
  4. Ability to analyze client and sales data and report to leadership (strong Excel skills needed).
  5. Demonstrate an understanding of the localization sales cycle and how to map organizations in regard to business units, stakeholders, sponsors, and decision makers, define need, and position services and solutions accordingly.
  6. Tenacious, driven, with a sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly.
  7. Ability to cope with client requirements and stringent deadlines.
  8. People person with a positive, dynamic, enthusiastic personality.
  9. Excellent English writing, speaking, networking, and presentation skills.
  10. In both written and verbal communication, excellent English and ability to articulate the strategic rationale and logical flow when communicating.
  11. Ability to work remotely with an appropriate home office and equipment. Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential.
  12. Degree in Business, Translation, Linguistics, Computer Science is a plus.
  13. Must be self-motivated to own projects and manage all pipelines of work and communication.
  14. Knowledge of industry-leading CAT tools such as MemoQ, Trados, Memsource, SmartCat, etc. is a huge advantage.
  15. Knowledge of TMS/BMS systems such as JIRA, Plunet, XTRF, etc. is a big advantage.
