We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
2. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines, equipment, and counters.
4. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
5. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the coffee bar and cash register.
6. Stay updated on coffee trends and new products to provide recommendations to customers.
7. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. No smoking
3. Minimum 1 year experience in the field
4. Good command of English
5. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality drinks.
9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
10. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in coffee making is a plus.
11. Have good communication skills, honest, disciplined and have high initiative.
12. Willing to learn and adaptable.
13. Can join immediately.
