Your responsibilities :

• Attract top talent : Identify and recruit engineers, PhDs, and pharmacists based internationally, while promoting the spirit and values of our company.
• Manage the full recruitment process : From sourcing candidates on job boards and social media to conducting phone screenings and evaluation interviews.
• Support candidates : Guide and promote your candidates throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and effective closing process.

What we’re looking for :

• Native or bilingual English is required to interact with international candidates and stakeholders.
• Professional German is essential .
• Basic Portuguese would be a plus.
• A multicultural mindset : You are comfortable working in international environments and engaging with profiles from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A Master’s degree (Bac +5), with a strong interest in recruitment and a commercial mindset.
• Energy, perseverance, and excellent adaptability to tailor your communication to different stakeholders.
