Context & Team
The General Secretary Department at Group Operations regroups the transversal functions in the areas of Legal, Governance, Compliance, Data Privacy, Risk, Internal Control and Remediation.
They are composed of 5 teams with respective accountabilities:

- Risk & Control
- Remediation, Reporting & Projects
The Audit & Transversal service instance lead will be part of the Audit remediation and GenSec transversal services team, where he/she will organize, lead, and oversee the implementation of the ARSC (Audit, Risk & Control, Security, and Compliance) instance with the relevant AXA entities.
His role entails organizing meetings, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with ARSC instance members, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the instance. Additionally, the lead will be responsible for updating and monitoring risks, audits, compliance, and data privacy issues impacting the entities. This position also involves tracking the resolution of issues for presentation to the committee and analyzing the implications of risk and compliance to report back to the committee.
Main tasks
- Organize and Lead ARSC Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the Audit, Risk & Control, Security, and Compliance (ARSC) instance across relevant AXA entities.
- Facilitate Meetings: Schedule, organize, and chair ARSC meetings to ensure effective discussions.
- Prepare Documentation: Prepare necessary documentation and presentations for ARSC meetings.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Liaise with ARSC instance members, including local risk, control, compliance, and security officers for alignment.
- Monitor Risks and Compliance: Update and monitor risks, audits, compliance, and data privacy issues impacting the entities.
- Track Issue Resolution: Track the resolution of issues identified in meetings and follow up for committee presentations.
- Analyze Risk and Compliance Implications: Analyze the implications of risks and compliance issues, preparing reports for the committee.
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and improve the efficiency of ARSC operations, adhering to defined processes.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep organized records of all ARSC meetings, presentations, and documentation.
- Serve as a Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all matters related to Audit, Risk & Control, Security, and Compliance.
Profile
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ of experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or a related field within a corporate environment, preferably in the IT or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, ideally within governance.
