The Team
The Paris team is part of our preeminent global projects team and has extensive experience in project finance structures around the world, representing lenders, sponsors, developers, institutional investors, contractors, and operators in major domestic and cross-border financings.
The Role
As a Projects Lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris, you will play a critical role in advising on and managing complex, high-value projects. You will work alongside clients in both the private and public sectors, providing legal expertise across a wide range of project types including infrastructure, construction, energy, and more. Your role will focus on ensuring legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance, as well as managing risk and fostering strong relationships between all project stakeholders.
