Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Associate Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our expanding team, focused on selling E-Discovery solutions to corporate law firms in France. As an Associate BDM, you will be primarily responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for the senior BDM, ensuring the business development pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality opportunities.
This fully remote role requires strong communication skills, fluency in both English and French, and a background in law or legal knowledge, enabling you to build strong relationships and have insightful conversations with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients within the legal sector, specifically corporate law firms.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the senior BDM to further discuss solutions and close deals.
- Client Relationship Building : Use your legal knowledge to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a professional approach and understanding of their needs.
- Market Research : Continuously analyze the legal market to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities, ensuring a well-informed approach to business development.
- Collaborate with BDM : Support the BDM in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are moved forward effectively and efficiently.
Requirements :
- Educational Background : A law degree or legal knowledge is required to help understand and communicate E-Discovery solutions to corporate law firms.
- Language Skills : Must be fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales or lead generation, ideally within the legal or technology sectors, is preferred but not essential.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven : The ability to work independently and deliver against targets and KPIs.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads and activities.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary : €50,000 - €65,000
