Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and logistics challenges.
Develop comprehensive solutions to meet client requirements.
Design processes, workflows, and systems for our Circular Economy Services, including transportation, warehousing, and Technical Services.
Develop Cost Analysis and P&L Simulation.
Participate in the implementation to ensure continuity between the solution being designed and the one being implemented.
Regularly assess and analyze our Circular Economy operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Work closely with our internal operations to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor relevant standards, norms and existing tools related to waste management, circular economy, and recycling.
Participate in internal and external workshops.
Participate in industry forums, consortia focused on Reverse Logistics and Circular Economy.
Animate our community of local experts involved in the execution of our Technical Services included in our GEODIS Circular Economy product.
Promote a culture of innovation within the operational teams, encouraging creative problem-solving, exploration of new ideas and best practices sharing.
Conduct training sessions on our GEODIS Circular Economy products and tools.
Work with our procurement team to research and evaluate tools to support the Technical Services included in our GEODIS Circular Economy product.
Maintain documentation on the GEODIS Circular Economy solution including Processes and manuals.
