Do you see yourself as Assistant Manager Spa & Wellness at Regent Bali Canggu?

As Assistant Manager Spa & Wellness, you will be responsible for the operation of the spa, beauty hub, and Health Club, ensuring that it achieves the highest levels of financial return and guest & employee satisfaction.

Your day to day

• Help in creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for employees. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads.
• Inspect all Spa, Beauty hub, and Health Club areas to ensure they are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction. Advise employees of deficiencies and instruct on corrective action. Provide adequate retraining as needed.
• Respond to guest complaints, special requests, and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Carry out special needs and requests of the guests, VIPs, and repeat visitors.
• Be able to cope under pressure at busy times and respond positively to changes in the workplace.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives.
• Maintain procedures for the security of lost and found items in Health Club areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
