Within the Group, you will join the Group Underwriting Office, a newly created department to steer the performance of our insurance portfolio and support our reinforced focus on technical excellence. The platform will also contribute to define our global ambition and approach to new emerging risks related to the energy transition and cyber in the coming years.

Within this Department, you will be part of the team Group Ceded Re as a Personal Assistant. The Group Ceded Re is made of several teams focusing on Placement, Data, Analytics & Pricing, Actuarial Reserving, Operations, Claims, … around hundred people working collaboratively together in a very international environment.

Your job and daily missions:

  1. Provide operational support to Directors
    1. Organize meetings and appointments with careful planning and coordination
    2. Complete special projects and initiatives with oversight and support
    3. Organize all travels related to Directors
    4. Manage the expenses reports of Directors
    5. Organize the Monte Carlo & Baden Baden yearly Reinsurance conferences with the support of the other PAs at Ceded Re
    6. Identify and address issues with operational processes and procedures
    7. Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, memos and emails
    8. Establish and leverage a strong network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders to be as efficient as possible (ex: GIE PAs community)
    9. Perform other duties as assigned
  2. Support the team
    1. Managing all IT-related and office maintenance requests (SILVA, local support service requests, etc.)
    2. Manage invoices related to Directors (Coupa)

  1. Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  4. Sound research skills and attention to detail

Experience

  1. Previous experience in working as a Personal Assistant at Senior Executive Level in an International environment
  2. Knowledge of the company’s business areas

Language

  1. Fluent English and French is mandatory
