Job Description:

Our store is recruiting a Polyvalent Assistant.

Your missions in the store within the team:

Provide each customer with a unique in-store experience:

1. Warmly welcome each customer
2. Support and retain our customers during their shopping journey
3. Offer Maisons du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov…)
4. Manage and process orders via click & collect
5. Handle cash transactions following procedures

Enhance the style of your store:

1. Participate in deliveries, restocking, and implementing products and new themes to showcase our collections
2. Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers

Contribute to the success of your store:

1. Understand your store's commercial indicators and implement action plans with managers and the team to achieve objectives
2. Develop sales and conversion rates

Be an ambassador for the brand:

1. Represent the brand and share company projects with customers
