MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

GENERAL ACTIVITIES

  • Implement the appropriate actions in response to the company’s needs in terms of training, recruitment and/or mobility.
  • Participate in the design of HR monitoring and management aids: dashboards, reports (training plan, interview summaries, statistics, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to the allocated budget in the scope of your projects.

TRAINING

  • Devise training programs by calling on the appropriate engineering methods.
  • Ensure the follow-up of training assessments and propose corrective actions, if necessary.
  • Track the training actions and draft a summary for the attention of the personnel representative bodies.
  • Compile and consolidate training needs as part of the annual training plan.
  • Set up financing files (training projects, OPCA reimbursement requests, etc.).
  • Manage compulsory declarations (BPF [teaching and financial report], “1% formation”, “TAPP”, tax credits, training organization certifications).
  • Organize the logistics required for training actions (rooms, meals, invitations, etc.) and ensure they are properly implemented (start/end of the training day).

RECRUITMENT

  • Compile the recruitment needs within your scope.
  • Write job advertisements and job profiles in conjunction with operational management.
  • Validate the recruitment resources (internal/external).
  • Ensure the sourcing and preselection of applications (résumés and telephone interviews).
  • Conduct recruitment interviews.
  • Develop relations with schools and represent the company on employment forums.
  • Manage the onboarding of new hires and track the end of trial periods.

CAREER MANAGEMENT

  • Analyze the company’s current and future needs in terms of jobs and skills.
  • Help to create tools for managing jobs and skills: job mapping and repository, skill dictionary, annual appraisal documents, etc.
  • Develop tools and processes to assess company employee performance and potential (annual appraisal forms, HR review, talent management, etc.).
  • Participate in the management of internal mobility (integration of employees, succession planning, support for those in difficulty, etc.).
  • Ensure internal communication concerning career management elements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 3 - 5 years’ higher education
  • FIELDS OF STUDY: Human Resources - Social law - Social science - Political science
  • REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years’ experience in the HR function
