Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work as part of a larger team of Talent Professionals and be a part of the transformation and the deployment of the global Talent Acquisition Target Operating Model for internal employees & external candidates. This encompasses everything you do to position our organization as an employer of choice as it will allow SCOR to attract and hire the best-qualified Talents & assist in monitoring the recruitment activity while meeting business goals.

The Group is structured around three regional management platforms, or organizational hubs: the EMEA Hub, the Americas Hub and the Asia-Pacific Hub.

In this role you will actively participate in all Talent Acquisition initiatives directly linked with the Target Operating strategy (such as Campus strategy, Employer Brand actions, and Career website harmonization of job titles & adverts & participate in recruiting talents along with the recruiter).

Responsibilities

Daily operations

  • Participate in the recruitment process and support team members.
  • Help the recruitment team on LinkedIn Recruiter to actively search candidates according to recruiters' needs.
  • Execute consistently operational tasks on the Applicant Tracking System (Oracle) system workflow.
  • Monitor that the SCOR career platform, LinkedIn, and other platforms promote SCOR employer branding & respect the corporate messaging using inclusive language.
  • Participate in creating brand awareness through attractive job offers, sharing content and taking part in school fairs & events such as School forums, Career Fairs.
  • Participate in the organization of interviews with both internal & external candidates.
  • Actively participate in team staff meetings & individual projects that will be assigned to you.
  • Other support tasks may be requested if needed.

Data quality Administration

  • Lead weekly reporting actions: Track daily, weekly, monthly, pre-defined metrics and maintain an efficient reporting and share weekly with the recruiters and HR BPs of regions (Americas, APAC, EMEA).
  • Lead KPIs with our multiposting company called Broadbean on a monthly basis and perform analysis on our job board performance.
  • Prepare different reports according to the needs of the members of the Talent Acquisition team or Global HR Business Partners or any other collaborator having a request.
  • Liaise with international HR BPs based in different regions and centralize all the requests for the creation/update of new agents, agencies, headhunters and assure the follow-up of actions.
  • Monitor headhunters data along with the Talent Acquisition team.

Role is based in Paris.

Qualifications

Ideally, you have experience in the fields of Recruitment, Sourcing, Headhunting or equivalent experience in HR function.

Required Education

  • University Degree holder or currently enrolled in a program that requires to do an apprenticeship.
