Skills Provision is searching for a CRM Assistant Manager to work for a Brand Design company in France.

Location : Paris, France

Duration : Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• 54,500 pa
• Benefits package available

The Role

1. Manage CRM campaigns.
2. Support marketing teams in planning and setting up campaigns, monitoring performance on a group level.
3. Collaborate closely with the Customer Analytics Manager.
4. Develop strong relationships with clients.
5. Play an active role in developing the lead pipeline.
6. Produce weekly and monthly internal reports.
7. Provide valuable input for the company’s developers.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 4 years working experience in a marketing and a CRM environment.
2. Technically savvy, understand how technology and process can advance and help improve marketing.
3. Create and build online marketing programs using marketing automation.
4. Strong understanding of source code.
5. Exposure to CRM solutions.
6. Experience with digital marketing, reporting, database, and data analysis.
7. Ability to translate business requirements into technical / system requirements.
8. Passion for communication and analytics as well as awareness of emerging CRM / Marketing trends.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
10. Attention to detail, effective time management.
11. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
12. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and / or projects.
13. Customer focused, problem solving, creative.
