Position Overview:

ESCE International Business School is recruiting an Assistant / Associate Professor in Sales & Business Development for its Paris La Défense campus. The role focuses on research themes addressing societal issues, including:

• Controlling the impacts of climate change,
• Mastering technological and digital transformations,
• Inclusion and social justice,
• Long-term economic viability of sustainable and/or digitalized ecosystems.

The position is full-time with a permanent contract starting September 1, 2025.

ESCE International Business School, founded in 1968, specializes in international business education. It prepares students for global integration with respect for ethics and diversity. ESCE offers a five-year master's degree accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and a three-year Bachelor's degree.

Expectations:

Pedagogical Expectations:

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in pedagogical engagement and innovation, providing high-quality teaching related to their research field. Proficiency in digital tools and fluency in English are required.

Scientific Expectations:

The candidate should demonstrate an interest in impactful research and the ability to manage collective projects. A PhD or equivalent postgraduate degree is required, along with a commitment to publish in recognized academic journals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate / PhD in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development,
• Ability to publish in highly ranked academic journals,
• Excellence in teaching at various levels,
• Ability to teach marketing, sales, and business development.
