The Department of Human Resources Management and Business Law of TBS Education is seeking to fill in one faculty position in the field of Human Resource Management and/or Organizational Behavior, preferably with a particular focus on Corporate Social Responsibility or Ethics to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching. The position will be based in Toulouse.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management/ Organizational Behavior/ Management and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. They may have demonstrated these qualities during their post-doctoral experience or during their previous employment. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses on Ethics/Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior both in French and in English at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, they will be expected to develop courses in their field of expertise for the graduate and the executive education levels. Researchers ideally focused on the fields of Ethics/Corporate Social Responsibility who show interest/experience in leading European research projects are highly encouraged to apply.
