Artificial intelligence (Machine Learning) project manager

You will be supervised by a senior AI researcher within a multidisciplinary and dynamic team tasked with developing innovative breeding support methods.

Your main responsibilities include:

1. Familiarizing yourself with the principles of genomic prediction.
2. Conducting a literature review on deep neural networks for genomic prediction.
3. Proposing one or more genomic prediction methods using neural networks that integrate multiple data types (genotypic, environmental).
4. Extracting plant breeding data for Limagrain’s species of interest.
5. Implementing these neural networks in Python (using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) for deployment on GPU servers.
6. Training and testing these networks on plant breeding datasets.
7. Comparing the networks’ performances and recommending an architecture for genomic prediction.
8. Presenting results through reports and presentations.
9. Collaborating with experts across various domains.
