The AD role is primarily to design for the Pampers Global CRM Program, primarily on the website (www.pampers.com). The role requires someone with a strong design-eye for premium brands, an understanding of user behaviour and user experience, and who is able to make data-driven decisions. The AD should be able to respect the brand guidelines and make the user experience fluid and attractive. The role is also client-facing, so strong communication skills (in English) are required.
