AREA MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL

Caudalie is looking for a Travel Retail Area Manager to develop the brand in Airports, Downtown duty-free shops, Airlines & Cruiselines in EMEA Area.

Directly reporting to the Deputy Director Travel Retail, you will work in our Headquarters in Paris in a hybrid position (Sell-in/Sell-out), and you will be ultimately responsible for:

Sales development

- Support the growth of our current TR markets in EMEA to reach our Sales target

- Negotiate sales deal with the operators (tariffs, contracts, distribution, A&P) and ensure the implementation of our sales strategy

- Prospect, identify and negotiate the opening of new doors

- Build effective account relationships with buyers and floor managers

- Control and follow the purchase orders working closely with the Sales & Administration team

Marketing

- Define & implement marketing plan adapted to each operator in collaboration with the Marketing team

- Follow, control and validate all A&P expenses for the area

- Implement perfect merchandising execution, follow brand guidelines, monitor assortment and planograms

- Conduct competition analysis on the market

- Participate actively in the organization of regional seminars for the sales team

Sell-out & Training

- Collect, analyze & consolidate sell-out results of existing counters

- Recruit, manage, motivate, and train Beauty Advisors on the area

- Organize frequent visits to all counters and ensure perfect execution of merchandising guidelines

- Conduct field training, Beauty Advisor coaching & create Field visit report

- Control stock and merchandising on counters

- Organize frequent Business Reviews with POS managers

Requirements

- Holder of a business degree or equivalent

- First experience in Travel Retail, Sales, or Business Development

- Passionate about Cosmetics & Travel, you are aware of new trends and consumer behavior

- Retail oriented with a high service skill, hands on

- Passionate, talented, and sales-driven profile with entrepreneurial spirit

- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills, team player

- Analytical and multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills

- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

- Fluent in English & French, Spanish & Italian are a plus

- Available to travel 25% of your time within the EMEA region
