Job Description

  1. Define strategic plans to develop the market and approach the targeted potential clients.
  2. Pitch, secure, and build new hotel partnerships to expand our portfolio and market footprint.
  3. Conduct negotiations with potential hotel partners to secure competitive pricing & favorable terms and agreements. Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy traveler needs.
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Traveloka to hotel owners and management by delivering compelling presentations to showcase the advantages of our services.
  5. Manage hotel accounts - own, develop, and manage assigned accounts and ensure mutually beneficial accommodation property relationships to grow market share.
  6. Monitor partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  7. Understand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of the pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options, and customer booking trends.
  8. Enhance strong partner relationships with existing clients to ensure client continuity and improvement. Conduct regular visits and reviews with clients to ensure our partner’s goals and expectations are met. When necessary, renegotiate existing accounts.
  9. Ensure that partner hotels’ products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized on Traveloka to maximize customer conversion.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with experience in multinational companies.
  2. Ability to deal with complex problems that require both creativity and structured thinking to solve.
  3. Good communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  5. Possess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen, especially in leading projects and initiatives.
  6. Able to prioritize and work on several projects/initiatives simultaneously.
