Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

MISSIONS

1. Manage teams
2. Present the building site, its challenges, risks and the construction works to be completed by all their teams
3. Set objectives for their employees
4. Support teams’ professionalization and upskilling and manage HR processes within the scope of their responsibility
5. Encourage professional best practices and govern improper conduct
6. Study the contract documentation and perform administrative procedures within the lead times
7. Check the building site’s actual conditions and define the building site installation and access plan
8. Define the resources required to properly complete the construction works
9. Prepare and present the operation’s estimated budget for approval
10. Establish the overall and provisional schedule and determine the return on investment (ROI)
11. Set up consultations, analyze offers, negotiate conditions and draw up contracts
12. Ensure the full completion of construction studies
13. Organize, schedule and manage the construction works
14. Participate in building site meetings and chair coordination meetings
15. Perform technical controls during construction and decide on any corrections to be made
16. Ensure budget monitoring of construction works
17. Ensure the appropriate formalities in case of any amendments
18. Request the acceptance of the works and obtain the contractual documentation
19. Ensure regular contact with known clients and identify potential new opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Works Engineer

Authorizations

Authorizations may be required based on the position held: H0-B0 electrics authorization

JOB ENVIRONMENT

Reporting line: Site Manager, Works Director, Operational Manager, Sector Manager

Internal relations: Engineering Consultants, Support Department, Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, Journeymen

External relations: sub-contractors and co-contractors, clients, Design Consultants, suppliers, local residents, work inspectorate

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +2 / 3 et vous souhaitez intégrer une école d'ingénieur par le biais de l’alternance.

Vos stages et expériences professionnelles vous ont permis de côtoyer les entreprises de Travaux Publics.

Organisé(e), vous cultivez le goût du terrain et démontrez une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe.
