As a Trade & Customs Operations Apprentice you will work with the Global Customs and IT Teams to centralize information for effective decision making.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
- Customs Operations Support: Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of customs documentation for imports and exports.
- Data Analysis: Work on data collection, validation, and reporting to improve the efficiency of customs processes.
- Automation Projects: Collaborate on initiatives to automate workflows such as the integration of tools for data circulation and customs declarations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Help ensure adherence to global trade regulations and free trade agreements (FTAs).
- Problem Solving: Support the team in troubleshooting customs-related issues and delays in supply chains.
- Documentation: Participate in maintaining up-to-date records of trade activities, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
Education: Currently enrolled in a program in International Business, Customs & Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
Languages: Fluent in French and English.
IT: Microsoft Office, Power BI, and/or SAP is a plus.
A first experience in Customs is a plus.
You have:

- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customs declarations and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication in French and English is a must.
