Apprenticeship - Portfolio Data analytics (H / F) - Paris

Description of the mission

You will join the Portfolio and Client Solutions team (PCS). Your main assignments will be as follows:

1. Participate in the acquisition of data (quarterly rent roll, DWH upload), their integration and their correct restitution in our IT system.
2. Enhance and build analytics, using internal software including coordination with other departments (Asset Management, Transaction, IPC..).
3. Contribute to the production of portfolio reporting and analysis for various stakeholders.
4. Participate in new work and initiatives related to process standardization.
5. Assist in the development of tools (benchmarks, stress tests, monitoring of key indicators).
6. Maintenance and enhancement of equity portfolio data analytics and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

1. Master degree from Business / Engineering school with a focus in Data analytics, Finance, Real Estate or related fields.
2. Proven experience with a demonstrated focus on data analytics. A first experience in real estate would be a plus.
3. Knowledge of Power BI (or any similar data visualization tool) appreciated.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including the ability to produce professional reports and presentations.
5. Proven ability to structure and maintain large datasets, develop analytics dashboards, and streamline data workflows that enhance portfolio management processes.
6. Fluency in French and English.
