Job Description

Within the Softgoods Business Unit, our future sportstyle Merchandising Assistant, reporting to the Sportstyle Category Merchandiser, will be responsible for:

1. Building the tools to analyze and create reports regarding the performance of current product ranges: sell-in and sell-through data, analysis by regions and channels. Report Weekly, Monthly and seasonally on product performance.

2. Helping to maintain and deliver the key merchandising tools and key milestones: Range recap, assortment guidelines, seasonal forecast, product lifecycle…

3. Gathering and analyzing relevant Market information, from Regional Sales Operations teams, distribution, competition.

4. Creating/improving sales support tools (Sell-In & Sell-Through).

5. Creating seasonal sample order form, consolidate sales force orders and HQ requirements, ensure on-time ordering and delivery of samples.

Qualifications

Experience required: First experience in the sports industry appreciated.

Education: 5 years' higher education, with a specialization in marketing, end-of-studies internship.

Specific skills: Organized, rigorous, autonomous, motivated, and dynamic. Ability to analyze and make recommendations.

Foreign language(s): Fluent English.

Computer skills: Pack Office, Excel agility appreciated, ability to adapt to new software.

Other specific cross-disciplinary skills: Interest in sports in general (outdoor sports such as running, hiking, and skiing would be a plus).

Additional Information

• Apprenticeship contract, based in Annecy (74), FRANCE.
• Start date: Beginning of September 2025.
• Duration: 1 year.
