About the mission we offer you:

Within Technip Energies' Corporate Marketing Communications department, your mission will be to support the operational implementation of our actions and campaigns aimed at promoting the company's offers:

Press Advertising Campaigns

1. Management of advertising campaigns in the specialized press in accordance with the annual media plan: Monitoring of the schedule, creation of print and digital ads. Management of contacts with press agencies and publishers. Organization of interviews and filming.
2. Reporting and monitoring of performance indicators.
3. Benchmarking and trend analysis.
4. Contribution to the management, writing and distribution of technical articles and white papers in order to enrich our website and social networks.

Production of marketing materials

1. Creation of various marketing materials (visuals, brochures, product/technology sheets, presentations, case studies) and innovative digital content (animations, motion design, videos, banners, etc.)

External and internal promotion

1. Support for updating content on the Corporate website.
2. Creation and distribution of the monthly internal marketing newsletter, as well as promotional emailings for participation in events or the launch of offers.
3. Management and updating of the group's internal marketing platform: putting the various marketing materials online, monitoring developments, improving the platform.
4. Writing content to promote MarCom activities internally on the Viva Engage network.

As part of your mission, you will interact with our business, marketing, sales and communication teams around the world.

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.

Desired duration: Work-study position for a period of 12 to 24 months.

Contract: Work-study program

Desired start: Septembre 2025

About you:

• Very good level of written and oral English required.
• Perfect writing and oral fluency in French: spelling +++.

• Ability to work on international projects.
• Level: Bac +4/ Bac + 5 - School of Marketing & Communication.

You are proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ideally other tools such as Brevo, Pardot, Sharepoint, Canvas and Adobe's creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

You are a master's student in a marketing and/or communication school.

You are looking to learn in an international and dynamic environment, take part in large-scale projects and take on technical and organisational challenges.
