Meetic’s Global Brand team is looking for a new member to help us to translate brand marketing strategies into impactful & innovative creatives on all touchpoints across Europe.
Answering to the Brand Design Project Manager, your role will be to assist us in:
- Developing brand guidelines according to brand platform #Brandidentity
- Ensuring a consistent & impactful brand presence across acquisition funnel #Brandformance
- Adapting our brand and content campaigns #Brandcampaign
- Infusing brand messages and values into the product #Brandvalue
Your Tasks
Overall, we expect the Junior Brand & Design Project Manager to create digital contents to feed our performance campaigns for our 4 dating brands: Meetic, DisonsDemain, Even & The League.
Perform end-to-end project management:
- Assist the design project manager on all of their missions
- Assign projects to creatives talents: internal or freelance (incl. budget)
- Develop and share the brief to the creative team
- Ensure delivery of all produced assets within budget & timing constraints
- Manage the rights of the contents resulting from our shootings in collaboration with our creative agencies
- Collaborate daily with our designers and copywriters
Manage & monitor the performance of creative concepts:
- Orchestrate brand presence across acquisition funnel (advertising, social network, Performance, kitmails, SEO, Affiliation, PR material…)
- Coordinate with the online acquisition team to anticipate their needs and optimize creative assets
- Organize our Creative Days to produce innovative concepts, with designers & copywriters, consistent with acquisition requirements & best practices
- Manage adaptation of the assets with our design freelance pool for our brands, markets and publishers
Transversal missions:
- Set up a daily watch of our competitors and main digital actors and translate it into inspirations for us
- Conduct Analytics & Reports on assets production
- Participate in process development with our team & with other teams to optimize and/or smoothen our flow and collaboration
- Share creative identity assets

Your Profile
- You are a business, communication, marketing or advertisement student with a bac +4 / 5 training. You have completed a first internship in communication or marketing (with the advertiser or in agency).
- You are creative, well organized and ready to learn.
- You have an interest in brand management, have a passion for digital communication and you wish to evolve in an international context (fluent in English & French).

Recruitment Process:
- A first conversation with Fatima-Ezzahra ABIDI, Junior TA, 20 / 30 min, on Zoom.
- A meeting with Léna ZUNINO, Brand Design Project Manager, 60 min including a 30 minutes case study, on site.
- On your initial days, the HR Team and your team will make sure you start under excellent conditions.
- Contract start: As soon as you are ready!
- Remote working possible after the integration period
- Contract: Apprenticeship 1 or 2 years
