We are looking for our next Investment Back-Office Controller Apprentice as of September 2025 and for 2 years at AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.

Within the department, you will join the Center of Excellence team to work on SHIP (Shared Investment accounting Platform) as Investment back-office controller part of Trade and Asset Servicing (TAS) Team.

SHIP covers investment accounting activities for the biggest AXA Entities worldwide and aims at harmonizing systems, processes & organization in this area.

The platform is operated by two shared organizations: a Center of Excellence (CoE) acting as a hub for technical and processes expertise, located in Paris, and a Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) located in India, in charge of the main part of day-to-day activities.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor the accounting processes done by our team in India and related to the booking of purchases and sales of securities, financial incomes, and expenses for the AXA entities in your scope of responsibility.
• Support Indian team in management of queries and specific posting (2nd level support).
• Ensure the quality of deliverable and principally the monthly closing sign off on bookings as well as cash and custody reconciliation.
• Participate in projects related to new regulation, new scope.
• Participate in projects linked to migration to an upgraded version of our accounting tool.
