What you'll do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Working Student to join our team as Chief of Staff Assistant to the Managing Director of SAP France. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to work closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Director: Assist with daily task prioritization, schedule management, and preparation for meetings and events.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Communication: Draft and edit internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and emails.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and strategic initiatives.
- Governance and Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to support business objectives and foster strong relationships.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for key events, meetings, and conferences.

What you bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a corporate setting or similar role is a plus.
