What will your responsibilities be at bioMérieux?

Within the Learning & Development Center of Expertise, you will work in an international environment where your main tasks will be related to Digital Learning.

1. Creating Digital Educational Content
   • Graphic Design: Use Illustrator to enrich visual materials.
   • Interactive Learning Modules: Develop engaging modules using innovative authoring tools like EasyGenerator, Articulate Storyline, or Teach Up.
   • Video Production: Film and edit dynamic and engaging videos.
2. Supporting Educational Projects and Design
   • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the L&D team and various project teams to draft precise and inspiring educational requirements.
   • Instructional Design: Contribute to the creation of documents such as synopses and storyboards.
   • Proposal and Promotion: Suggest structures for learning pathways and promote training programs to users.
3. Educational and Technological Monitoring and Coordination
   • Digital Learning Monitoring: Stay updated on digital learning content, tools, and platforms.
   • Solution Testing: Test solutions proposed by the digital team.

Who are you?

• Educational Level:
  • You are preparing for a Master's degree (Master 1 or 2) in instructional design, education sciences, psychology, cognitive sciences, communication, or any other relevant field for the September 2025 intake.
• Experience:
  • Any previous experiences, such as gap years, different orientations, or stays abroad, are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Cloud Suite is a plus.
• Hard Skills/languages:
  • Technological and Human Curiosity: You are passionate about new technologies and human interactions.
  • Fluent English: You have excellent oral and written English skills, essential for thriving in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Active Listening: You can identify needs and propose pragmatic solutions in terms of quality, cost, and time.
