Join us as an apprentice Manufacturing Transfer Project Assistant within our Manufacturing & Supply department in the Manufacturing Transfer Global Team. You will participate in monitoring and supporting manufacturing transfers within the CHC organization. You will interact with industrial sites from all over the world and with various transversal local and global functions such as project managers, quality, regulatory, supply chain, finance, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and lead various steering and transfer follow-up meetings, facilitating effective project governance, proposing decisions, and identifying key transfer axes, specific actions, and risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and facilitate effective communication.
- Contribute to the collection, management, and analysis of project data to support project tracking and decision-making.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Participate in the update of transfer mapping containing key information on industrial transfer projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support in generating detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on risk status to ensure proactive management and mitigation of potential issues.
- Support the management and consolidation of a harmonized transfer governance across sites.
- Be involved in identifying areas for process improvement within the transfer process and proposing actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and implement solutions to digitalize and automate processes, incorporating AI to improve ways of working and streamline operations.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent scientific field.
- Language Skills: Strong written and oral proficiency in English and French is essential; proficiency in another foreign language (e.g., German, Spanish) is beneficial.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, autonomy and rigor. Excellent communication and leadership abilities; positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and data management.
- Enthusiasm for new generation tools, including AI and other simplification tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a great plus.
