Our team

At Outpayce, we are on a mission to deliver seamless, end-to-end travel payment experiences by enabling customers and travelers to benefit from the latest payment innovations. Our Engineering (R&D) Division consists of over 380 team members dedicated to developing top-tier payment solutions for our customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for an apprentice to support the internal communication and engagement strategy within our Engineering (R&D) Division. This role will focus on content creation, event organization, and visual communication to ensure effective information sharing and a dynamic, inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing internal events to strengthen team spirit and facilitate information sharing.

  • Help manage and engage the internal community to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.

  • Support the creation of visual communication materials to enhance key messages.

  • Assist in drafting and coordinating executive communications.

  • Contribute to content creation, including articles, emails, and videos, to keep the team informed and engaged.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative and proactive, with a talent for storytelling and engagement.

  • Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and work independently.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Experience with design tools and visual communication is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SharePoint or web content management is an advantage.
