Job Description:

Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

Assignments:

1. Ensure inventory management.
2. Ensure the installation and operation of power plants in compliance with prefectural orders.
3. Record production data on the manufacturing register and complete the software production report.
4. Account for material needs.
5. Participate in the work (repairs, overhauls, maintenance, calibration, metrology, etc.) of the equipment, ensuring the proper use of the equipment entrusted to him, and reporting any anomaly in its operation.
6. Propose requests for consumable purchases.
7. Guarantee the regularity of production in conjunction with laboratory technicians.
8. Respect the formulations of the Technical Department.
9. Report any production incident.
10. Ensure compliance with daily productions.
11. Ensure good control of manufacturing processes, particularly in the context of internal control.
12. Write manufacturing reports.
13. Ensure the management of the plant by ensuring compliance with the formulation catalog in the production software.
14. Manage manufacturing resources.
15. Ensure the regular rotation of transport trucks.
16. Ensure proper use of equipment.
17. Prepare the major repair program and submit it.
18. Identify malfunctions.
19. Propose improvements to the production unit.
20. Find out about the results of external checks.
21. Participate in periodic regulatory audits of the site.
22. Implement the necessary actions in the event that the alert and refusal thresholds are exceeded.
23. Participate in sample taking, carry out internal controls according to the control plan and constantly perform visual inspections of finished products.
24. Carry out daily tasks by using equipment appropriately and reporting any anomalies in their operation.
25. Report to his line manager (in the absence of the latter) on the monitoring elements of the QSE system and any factory event.
26. Participate in the information and daily maintenance of site documents.
27. Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
28. Participate in safety and environment risk assessment analyses, as well as their prevention.
29. Follow the maintenance plans established by the site manager.
30. Participate in factory calibration operations.
31. Participate in validating and recording customer orders and planning production on the daily and/or weekly schedule.
32. Maintain permanent contact with site managers to update requests and organize deliveries, specifying specific conditions (deadline, temperature).
33. Welcome suppliers and subcontractors.
34. Ensure compliance with loading and unloading protocols with stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

BTS or Bac Pro electrical engineering training/ electromechanical or industrial maintenance or equivalent.

Position Environment:

Hierarchical or functional attachment: Head of post. Internal relations: Site manager. External relations: customers, partners, subcontractors.

Formation:

Etudiant en formation de niveau bac pro à bac+2 dans le domaine de la Maintenance ou du Pilotage de Systèmes, vous recherchez une alternance.

Compétences:

Vous êtes curieux et vous avez l’esprit d’analyse et d’organisation, vous aimez travailler en équipe.

Vous êtes intéressé par la découverte des métiers de la Route et disposez d’un bon relationnel.
