We are looking for an HR Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Residential in France, then UAE
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum 6 years in HR roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or Oil and Gas projects.
Experience in Similar Position
At least 3 years coordinating HR activities in a multicultural project environment.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
Familiarity with training and development methodologies.
Level / Diploma
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Missions & Activities
Main Missions
Manage all human resources (HR) coordination activities for Early Infrastructure Works (EIW) and Network Pipelines (NWP), ensuring alignment with project requirements and company policies.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for project personnel, contractors, and stakeholders at the NWP ENGINEER Offices.
Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training to meet project demands.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company standards, and H3SE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) regulations.
Key Activities
Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture by ensuring that all HR-related activities are performed safely and in compliance with the company's HSE standards.
Coordinate with project management and contractors to ensure proper staffing levels and skillsets for all project phases.
Manage onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and compliance training for new hires.
Monitor and address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, contracts, and HR metrics.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Prepare regular reports on HR performance metrics, including staffing levels, training completion, and compliance.
Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance workforce skills and competencies.
Coordinate employee performance reviews and provide support for career development plans.
