Description du poste

A challenging opportunity has become available for a highly personable and experienced Operations Manager to join our senior management team. Leading the team in support to the GM, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. The focus is to create and motivate a great team culture, ensure the brand standards and policies are met and guests have a brilliant experience.

WHO ARE WE

Generator is on a journey. Appropriate, given that we're a leading global lifestyle accommodation brand. The journey began in London, swung through a heap of European capitals on its way to dominating the world. Generator burst onto the scene in the Americas with the launch of Generator Miami and Washington DC and most recently took aim at the country’s biggest markets (NYC, LA, Miami and Chicago) with the acquisition of Freehand Hotels.

Fast Company named us one of the top 50 most innovative global companies. And now this top 50 most innovative global company wants a pretty awesome Operations Manager for Generator Paris.

Our spaces are safe and seriously social, in the proudest part of the beating heart of the cities we love. Cultural action, creative pulse and an outstanding way to waste some of the finite time the universe has given you - that's what Generator offers. Holds true for staff and visitors equally, and while chic design is always the backdrop, every Generator in every destination reflects the unique beat of that city's heart.

BEING YOURSELF is the key to bringing the Generator story and brand to life.

ABOUT GENERATOR PARIS

Hip galleries. Boutique shops. Pastoral cafés. Canal St. Martin in the 10th Arrondissement is everything you’d expect from the French capital, but with more than its fair share of contemporary cool.

Standing opposite Oscar Niemeyer’s iconic French Communist Headquarters, Generator Paris is just a few steps from Canal Saint-Martin and Buttes-Chaumont Park and only a 15-minute stroll from Gare du Nord train station. With a welcoming mix of cinematic design, rich colours, a sparkling reception and several unique social spaces to suit your mood, you’ll feel like you’re on the set of a Parisian art-house movie.

On the hostel’s ground floor you'll find Café Fabien with its canteen and conservatory overlooking the garden. A curved staircase leads down to the vaulted ceilings of Le Club, inspired by the Paris Metro. Head up to the 9th floor to discover Khayma Rooftop, with a canopy, bar and awe-inspiring views of Sacré-Cœur and Montmartre. Our Paris hostel represents the very best of Paris, all under one roof.
