- Maintain and enhance internal collaboration tools, particularly SharePoint and JIRA – including document workflows, site pages, and automation.
- Coordinate schedules and support project delivery across various internal departments – tracking deliverables, updates, risks and timelines.
- Support user access management across tools such as JIRA, Git, and Docker Hub.
- Assist with IT budgeting and planning activities, aligning tooling and services with wider business needs.
- Analyse and present service metrics and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboarding tools (nice to have).
- Play an active role in improving IT governance and service operations within the European energy sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Project Analyst, Junior PM, Service Coordinator, or Business Support role.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Great communicator, personable and confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with ITSM, incident management, and governance processes.
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow or similar tools is a plus.
- Background in or familiarity with the Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors is beneficial but not required.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn – a great role for someone ready to step up!
- Duration: Initial 12-month contract (likely to extend)
- Engagement Type: Freelance
- Working Model: Fully Remote (within the EU)
- Geographic Preference: Southern Europe
Why This Role?
- Work on a pan-European initiative with significant cross-border exposure
