Job Description

Qualifications:

1. Knowhow in IT systems
2. Experience in Application Management Processes, Governance, and Policies
3. Experience in end-to-end Application Management and Regulatory Compliance framework and methodologies
4. Experience in coordination with Application stakeholders and consultancy in complying with controls as per organization policies
5. Overview and Experience in Information, Project, IT Security, and/or IAM and GRC Processes
6. Work experience with GRC tools will be an added advantage
7. Good working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PPT). Knowhow in Excel functions (e.g., Pivot table, charts, lookup functions, etc.)
8. Basic overview and experience in VBA scripts, Macros, and BI reporting tools will be an added advantage
9. Professional oral and written communication skills
10. Know-how on ITIL service management processes will be an added advantage
11. Should be a good team player, flexible, and deadline-oriented

Responsibilities:

1. Consultancy to Application stakeholders in implementing the Governance, Security policies, and processes in the Applications
2. Support towards Security and compliance controls with respect to various Bosch/Industry regulations
3. Follow the roadmap as aligned with customer unit in completion of Policy implementations and controls in the Applications
4. Prepare reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant standards
5. Conduct training sessions with stakeholders to enhance awareness in the standards/regulations
6. Ensure the customer KPIs, quality, and deliverables are met
7. Request handling on all the support queries from the customers and escalation handling on a need basis
8. Store standards and control artifacts in central repositories and showcase during audits
9. Follow-up and close loop emails, controls, and measures with Application owners and their stakeholders in a timely manner
