YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an AMOA / Expert solution (M/F) based in La Défense to support a deployment project of the ONE TMS solution suite.

This project includes the implementation of an internally developed tool and workflows: TOM (Transport Order Management). This solutions serve as the differentiation layer to stand out from the competition. The purpose of TOM is to centralize all pre-execution tasks within the TMS and to optimize productivity as well as transportation costs.

The scope of TOM team also includes the connection workflows of internal tools to the TMS CargoWise One and decision support tools. This position thus offers the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Analyze and challenge the functional needs from the business.
2. Advise, design, integrate, and implement IT solutions that meet expressed needs.
3. Write the functional specifications of the solutions or User Stories (according to the associated backlog method, Kanban-Scrum-DevOps).
4. Lead and manage the implementation of changes within their scope and ensure their quality.
5. Draft the test plan, organize, coordinate and execute the testing of the solutions.
6. Contribute to the definition of service offerings and the documentation of the solution.
7. Observe user feedback and proactively suggest opportunities for business and functional improvements to the solution.
8. Provide level 3 support and maintain support and monitoring processes with dedicated teams.
9. Ensure deployment in our worldwide network (possibility of travel).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Master's degree in engineering with a specialization in computer science or equivalent is required.
2. You have a successful first experience of several years in a similar role (experience in the transportation and logistics sector is an asset).
3. Thanks to your fluent English skills, you can work in this language (ease of contact and oral fluency with the business and development teams).
4. You have experience in application engineering, data modeling, development and/or UX design.
5. You are able to communicate and adapt to various people.
6. You are autonomous in managing your workload and project portfolio.
7. Persistent, methodical, you have the ability to adapt to a matrix environment.
