Missions :
In accordance with company policy ethical rules and procedures he / she has the following permanent mission :
- To contribute since the design of phases III (i.e : 3 to 5 years before the future marketing authorization) to the readiness of the French health ecosystem for future indications of a therapeutic area under the leadership of the Medical Early Development project manager by :
- Influencing global teams about the design of phase III studies in collaboration with the crossfunctional team (commercial regulatory diagnostic and market access) via the local RTT or IBT representative.
- Anticipating the necessary market shaping activities (i.e : understanding of the patient care journey, understanding the roles of the different HCPs involved in the treatment strategy, knowing the patients advocacy groups (PAGs) involved).
- Contributing to the deployment of ambitious long-term projects enabling fast and long-term access to drug (i.e : assessment and implementation of early access data generation, implementation of a new diagnostic test).
- To contribute under the leadership of the Medical Early Development Project Manager to define and execute of a 3-5 year national strategic plan in collaboration with the crossfunctional team (medical market access regulatory diagnostic and marketing) for each indication / product (Gold / Silver).
- To be the leader in building the Tumor Ambition crossfunctional plan to ensure a strategic vision and the coordinated deployment of activities for all the indications of a Therapeutic Area integrating Franchise long-term ambition and in consistency with the global strategy and the local environment.
- To guarantee the continuity of planning and flawless of the commercial launch by ensuring a handover to marketing and crossfunctional teams at the time a BSP.
- To ensure the efficient governance of therapeutic area Franchise as well as its animation and monitoring of the decisions taken (ESN followup).
- To ensure alignment and coordination of all oncology projects in the therapeutic area focusing on the health care professionals needs.
- To ensure rigorous budget monitoring.
Your Profile : Education :
Masters degree (Business school, Engineering school, Pharmacy Masters degree or equivalent scientific background).
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry ideally in oncology or hospital specialties.
Experience in product launches and innovative projects.
Successful crossfunctional collaboration in an international environment.
Experience in managing transversal projects (required).
