2. Description of the department

The Client Service team acts, alongside the Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team in its day-to-day tasks and projects, with a specific focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and document dissemination.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

1. Assist the Client Service team in their day-to-day tasks, and in particular:
2. Participate in the onboarding process of AXA IM Alts clients: set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXA IM tools, etc.
3. Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients.
4. Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operational efficiency, reduce operational risk...)

4. Profile

Education/Qualifications

- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate

Experience

- Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered a plus)
