Job Description

Vos missions:

Animation de projets RH

• Accompagner la démarche « engagement des équipes » (amélioration des conditions de travail) : animation du groupe de travail sur le projet, formalisation et suivi du plan d’action et communication auprès des acteurs concernés sur le projet.
• Être support dans les actions de communication RH et évènements associés.

Relations sociales

• Assister le responsable RH sur les sujets relations sociales dans le cadre des réunions de CSE : préparation du support de réunion, participation aux réunions mensuelles de CSE et rédaction des procès-verbaux de CSE.

Développement RH

• Organiser avec le coordinateur RH « La journée du développement », journée annuelle dédiée à la formation des collaborateurs et à leur développement.
• Participer au suivi et à l’analyse des indicateurs sociaux ; contribuer aux plans d’actions en lien avec le responsable RH et les priorités 2025/2027 de l’usine.

Administration RH

• Contribuer au suivi administratif du personnel titulaire (GTA, formations, visites médicales ...) et intérimaire (GTA, contrats, facturation).
• Assurer la rédaction du journal trimestriel de l’usine.

Profil recherché:

• Vous êtes en BAC +3/4 RH.
• Vous avez effectué un premier stage / apprentissage en RH.
• Vos capacités d’analyse de synthèse sont vos points forts.
• Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, fiable, vous vous adaptez facilement et aimez travailler en équipe.
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre adaptabilité, votre confidentialité, votre autonomie et votre proactivité.
• Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et disposez de qualités rédactionnelles.
