Lazard's Financial Advisory is looking for an intern to join its Shareholder Advisory Group, based in Paris.

Lazard's Shareholder Advisory Group advises corporates across Europe on all strategic and situational aspects of investor relations, encompassing investor engagement and targeting strategies, corporate preparedness and activism response planning, as well as ESG advice in relation to the investor landscape.

As an intern, you will be fully integrated into an 8-person team and the broader Lazard Financial Advisory platform, working in an international environment alongside both members of Lazard's Global Shareholder Advisory and M&A coverage teams in delivering high end financial and strategic advice to Lazard's clients.

Profile :

• Top tier academic background in Finance
• Hard skills: excellent technical skills on Office and professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg, Factset, Capital IQ or equivalent)
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in professional English

The selection process involves a pre-selection based on CV and cover letter, followed by individual interviews.

This position is available for January 2025, for a period of 6 months and is based in Paris.
