ALTERNANCE - Digital Workplace Operational Security Officer (F/H)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform the in-line security validations prior to implementation (network flow opening in firewall, security exception on the proxies, user & admin rights management, etc.) within the SLAs and according to the Group security rules.
2. Escalate the requests which do not comply with Saint-Gobain’s security rules.
3. Route expertise requests to the appropriate expert team to ensure they are treated properly.

Execute GDI Operational Security controls & support security remediation action plan for Digital Workplace:

1. Perform the periodical controls for the scope of Digital Workplace services managed by the Group Digital & IT teams.
2. Perform the standard Security Acceptance Testing in Projects for the scope of Digital Workplace.
3. Consolidate & coordinate operation security remediation action plan for Digital Workplace.
4. Follow the remediation action and provide support to remediate.

Handle GDI cyber security incident & coordinate remediation:

1. Handle incidents reported by CyberSOC & define post-mortem Action plan when necessary.
2. Coordinate incident remediations and support crisis management.

Report & improve operational security activities:

1. Build and execute the reporting (KPI & KRI) to the security officers.
2. Formalize, improve & automate (when possible) security operations and procedures.

Active support of the team on all activities.

Is this job for you?

1. Experienced with vulnerability management tools (Qualys, etc.).
2. Experienced with security processes (IAM, vulnerability, exception, flow opening, etc.).
3. Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies (EBIOS, ISO 27005, etc.) and security in projects.
4. Script capability (PowerShell, etc.).
5. Security certification(s) is a plus.
6. Open-minded.
7. Teamwork and autonomy.
8. Curious and audacious.
