Step into the world of Chanel as part of the Learning Division for Fragrance & Beauty Europe. In this role, you’ll assist the Digital Learning & Community Manager in managing cutting-edge digital learning platforms and developing engaging modules tailored for Beauty Confidants (Retail).
You will play an important role in coordinating digital projects and fostering collaboration within a vibrant community of Digital Learning Managers across 15 markets in Europe.
Help design interactive e-learning modules and content that engage and inspire over 20,000 learners.
Contribute to the development of digital learning initiatives, supporting each stage from concept to deployment (including agency briefings and testing).
Assist in analyzing learning effectiveness and streamlining KPI tracking, including metrics such as completion rates and time spent.
Conduct competitive research and explore new trends in digital learning and innovation.
Support and animate meetings, events, and community channels to energize and actively engage the European Digital Learning Manager community.
Gain exposure to diverse topics within the Luxury Beauty industry and uncover synergies that enhance the region’s coordination efforts.
Play a role in facilitating collaboration among 15 markets, sharing strategic information and solutions.
Work closely with learning and development strategies and gain valuable insights from the collective of Learning Directors.
A sense of ownership, initiative, and creativity to move projects forward and contribute innovative ideas.
Strong attention to detail and rigor in ensuring the quality of your work.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A passion for creating innovative learning experiences, with a focus on blended learning approach and engaging/entertaining formats like short videos.
Experienced in developing visually compelling materials using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing software.
A keen interest in leveraging digital tools and exploring next-generation learning solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (as all materials are produced in English).
Proficiency with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut…) and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
A first-hand experience in the dynamics of a matrix organization, collaborating with both markets and the Fragrance & Beauty Division.
