As an apprentice regulatory strategy and continuous improvement within our Regulatory Strategy & Continuous Improvement team, you’ll support the team by creating engaging communication materials, managing digital tools, organizing events, and analyzing data to enhance the department's initiatives and collaboration.

Main responsibilities:

1. Participate in the creation of diverse communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, flyers, and videos, by demonstrating creativity.
2. Take part in community management and Webmastering of internal websites, such as SharePoint.
3. Support us by actively contributing to the development of the digital communication aspect and the promotion of related tools.
4. Contribute by gathering and analyzing data, KPIs, and proposing solutions for the department's initiatives.
5. Collaborate with the team to organize a variety of events, whether on-site or off-site.

About you

Soft and technical skills: curiosity, team spirit, autonomy. Proficiency in Office Pack, Outlook, Adobe Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or any other creation and video editing software.

Education: Bac +4/5 in communication, media.

Languages: Fluent English and French required.
